Letitia O’Kicki, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. O’Kicki attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her B.A. and completed her medical education at Temple University School of Medicine. Her postgraduate training included a general surgery internship at Pennsylvania Hospital, followed by a residency in Family Medicine at Temple University. Dr. O’Kicki is board-certified in Family Medicine and joined the Philadelphia Health Department in 1988, where she served as medical director of several Health Care Centers and Director of HIV Clinical Studies. She chairs many health-related committees, including Q.I. and the IRB.
Lisa E. Flores, M.D., Pediatrician – Center for Family Health at Eastside
Dr. Flores is a pediatrician at our eastside facility located in Chester, Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 40 years. Dr. Flores is board certified in Pediatrics and accepts multiple insurance plans.
Philip K. Bixby, M.D., Family Medicine – Center for Family Health at Upper Darby
Dr. Bixby is board certified in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine and completed his residency at Crozer Health. He serves as a preceptor and provides care to patients at Upper Darby.
Raquibul Islam, M.D., Internal Medicine – Center for Family Health at Eastside
Dr. Islam is board certified in Internal Medicine. While living in the United Kingdom he worked as a Registrar for five years. He earned his medical degree from Dhaka University in Bangladesh and completed his residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Singh is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who serves as a preceptor and provider at Upper Darby. Dr. Singh received her medical degree from Temple University and completed her residency at Crozer Health.
William J. Warning, II, M.D. – Center for Family Health at Upper Darby
Dr. Warning is board certified in Family and Sports Medicine and provides care to our Upper Darby patients in partnership with ChesPenn. He received his M.D. through Jefferson Medical College and completed his residency at Lancaster General Hospital.

Elizabeth Warren is a Nurse Practitioner who received her Master’s Degree in Nursing and Nurse-Midwifery from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Yuen is board certified in Family Medicine. He received his medical degree at Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine and completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Yuen serves as a preceptor and provider at Upper Darby.

Dr. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and has a graduate degree from the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Jackson started his career as a dentist with the National Health Service Corps before going into private practice and returned to community healthcare to serve at ChesPenn.
Nancy Koshetar, D.D.S. – Center for Family Health at Eastside
Dr. Koshetar is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Philadelphia County Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a graduate of Temple University’s School of Dentistry and earned her M.B.A. from Widener University in 2000.
